For the last few years we have had the privilege of providing the bar service at the Bolton Food and Drink festival gala dinner.

The event is sponsored by Aldi and the drinks are charged as they are in their stores.

With over 250 people in attendance, we set up one of our main 4 metre bars to cater for the volume of drinks.  A champagne reception greeted all attendees and to ensure a smooth service, a wine waitress was allocated to every 4 tables.
